The Residential Lending Team is seeking a Residential Loan Processor III to be responsible for handling complex files, responsible for the accurate setup and ordering of documentation for newly originated mortgage loans, including FHA, VA, Conforming, Conventional, ARM, Jumbo, and State Housing/DAP Programs. You will be the liaison between the loan officer, borrower, underwriter, closer and funder. You will review and prepare loan files to ensure accuracy and completion of supporting documents, as well as compliance with underwriting and investor guidelines.
