Operations Manager - EPC Engineering

Burrow Global is seeking to hire an experienced Operations Manager for our Deer Park, TX location. Candidates for this position should have demonstrated experience in the EPC industry working on engineering projects in the midstream and downstream sectors of the oil and gas and petrochemical industries. The Operations Manager will be responsible for the commercial growth and sustainability of the business unit and work synergistically with other business unit leaders in the company to facilitate and encourage mutual growth. The incumbent will be responsible for providing leadership, supervision and guidance to the engineering and design staff, ensuring the delivery of cost-effective, safe and reliable engineering via our designs, specifications and deliverables to our clients. The Operations Manager is responsible for engaging the staff with Burrow Global, driving training and community involvement therefore maintaining a positive morale and cultural aspect for the group.
