The Federal Loan Coordinator is responsible for administering federal student loan programs in compliance with federal regulations and institutional policies. This role ensures accurate and timely processing, reconciliation, and reporting of federal loans while supporting data integrity and regulatory compliance. The coordinator contributes to the overall effectiveness of Financial Aid operations through collaboration, student support, and continuous process improvement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Process federal Direct Loans (Subsidized, Unsubsidized, and PLUS), including certification, disbursement, adjustments, and cancellations - Review and determine student eligibility for federal loan programs in accordance with Title IV regulations - Monitor loan records and resolve discrepancies, rejected records, and processing errors - Maintain accurate and complete loan record...
