DCHS teachers are supported and empowered through a shared vision of learning to foster a school culture of academic excellence and spiritual growth where learners flourish. DCHS’s Bible program is focused on equipping students with Biblical literacy that focuses on the historical & culture context, helping students to understand how to read the Bible, as well as Worldview and Apologetic competency. The Bible teacher is a guide for students to apply the Bible to everyday life, resulting in the development of a resilient faith in order to impact the world for Christ. This is accomplished through collaboration with the high school Bible team to teach all grade levels (9-12) together.
