Role: Service Contracts Renewals Coordinator Location: Livingston, Scotland (Kinly operate a hybrid culture, allowing for a mix of office/home working - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in Livingston Office) Salary: Negotiable dependent on skills and experience, plus large company benefits We now have a new opportunity for someone to join our highly collaborative Service Contracts Team, to assist the Kinly Account Managers in supporting the growth of Kinly recurring revenue contracts, both new and established. New service contracts are built from a defined service catalogue, with pre-defined pricing guidelines – and put together to meet specific customer and/or tender requirements. This role covers large customer contract renewals, which involve the creation of service proposals from client standard service offers and are priced based on defined pricing strategy.
