Job Overview The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for following established strategies, filling candidate pipelines, and interviewing potential candidates. Essential Functions: - Full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing and requisition management - Partner with external staffing agencies, including contract and temporary workforce engagements with a strong understanding of contract terms, compliance requirements and the ability to review, interpret, and execute staffing and service agreements - Provide sourcing and recruiting support to Intelligence and Aerospace programs, as well as internal corporate roles such as Engineering, IT, Operations, Finance, Human Resources - Maintain a strong network of industry contacts for potential sourcing and hiring - Develop innovative ways to source candidates to produce sustainable talent pipelines - Facilitate the screening and selection process between candidates and hiring teams which Includes internal training as necessary - Maintain detailed communications with managers, candidates, and stakeholders to stay apprised of status and general coordination, negotiating and closing offers, and process improvements - Pro...
