The Intern, Downstream Process Development will support the development and optimization of a platform process enabling ultra ‑ high ‑ concentration biologics formulation using Single Pass Tangential Flow Filtration (SP ‑ TFF) and downstream filtration strategies. The intern will evaluate membrane configurations, operating parameters, and filtration approaches to enable efficient and scalable concentration of monoclonal antibodies and other biologics while maintaining clarity, stability, and product quality. This project will result in a well ‑ characterized, reproducible process platform that accelerates high ‑ concentration formulation development for early ‑ stage biologics programs.
