Compensation Specialist (Senior or Lead) Company: The Boeing Company is seeking a Compensation Specialist (Senior or Lead) to join the team. This position is a member of Boeing’s Variable Compensation team within the Global Compensation organization and will contribute to and lead compensation projects to support our incentive plans and annual compensation review. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to collaborate across Boeing and use out-of-the-box thinking to develop compensation programs that will attract and retain talent in our company. This position allows the candidate to be based out of one of the following: London, UK, Amsterdam, Netherlands, Brisbane, Australia, Melbourne, Australia, Brasilia, Brazil, San Jose De Campos, Brazil.
