Maintenance Lot Manager Titan Factory Direct: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM $45,000 - $60,000/year (based on experience) + Benefits The Role: Titan Factory Direct is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Lot Manager to take ownership of our sales center, model homes, and overall property. This is a working, boots-on-the-ground role responsible for keeping everything clean, functional, and customer-ready at all times. Key Responsibilities: Property & Facility Maintenance: - Maintain a clean, orderly, and professional property - Sweep, mop, and clean offices, restrooms, and common areas - Empty trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility - Keep all model homes clean, staged, and ready for customers Maintenance & Repairs: - Perform light maintenance, repairs, and basic electrical work - Move furniture and assist with setup as needed - Identify and report major repair needs (HVAC, lighting, etc.) Operations Support: - Order and manage office and maintenance supplies - Run errands as needed - Schedule and coordinate service work for custom...
