ARTISAN PASTRY BAKER: Easy Tiger, one of Austin’s most beloved brands, is currently seeking a Pastry Baker to join our team! REPORTS TO: Pastry Lead Baker SALARY / GRADE LEVEL: Hourly / Non-Exempt JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES: - Croissant and Danish lamination - Mixing various doughs and fillings - Shaping pastries including croissants, Danish and cinnamon knots - Keep track of production needs - Maintaining cleanliness - Put away delivery orders consisting of 50# bags of flour and other items BENEFITS: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
