Are you a UX Designer who wants to own the full design process, from discovery to delivery, on complex products that are both data heavy and deeply human? Perfect! You'd work close to developers, product managers, and stakeholders, balancing user needs with technical and business reality, and designing things that can actually be built, maintained, and evolved over time. You're confident in your work, you do your best thinking when problems get complex, and you want room to make a real impact. You're also someone who's social, clear in your communication, and genuinely enjoys close collaboration. That's a big part of how we work and how we have fun together. EXPERIENCE 5+ years of UX design experience You've worked end to end, from research and concepts through interaction design, prototypes, and follow up in real usage.
