Department Assistant: Department Assistants are primarily responsible for offering support to the Account Managers and Producers on the personal lines staff while creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, underwriters, and other industry professionals. Duties of an Department Assistant include but are not limited to: Compensation: The base hourly range for this role is $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly. Actual compensation will be based on factors including location, skills, experience, and internal equity. Cross Insurance offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and more. - Maintain a Property & Casualty license along with keeping up with Continuing Education. - Understanding and following the Basic Procedure Manual and Workflow Manual. - Only using approved Action Codes in AMS 360. - Following up and completing open suspense’s daily. - Keeping accurate notation and documentation in the agency management system. - Servicing personal insurance products to existing clients. - Establish & maintain good working relationships with co...
