Description The Program Manager delivers strategic leadership and oversees daily operations for two Community of Hope Family Resource Centers, ensuring high-quality, coordinated services across both sites. This role includes supervising staff—such as two Site Coordinators—and managing recruitment, hiring, volunteer engagement, program development, and community outreach. Working closely with the County of York Human Services Department, Family First Health, Hannah Penn K–8, and additional partners, the Program Manager helps cultivate a collaborative, trauma-informed environment that supports children, families, and community members.
