We are now looking for an Advice & Guidance Specialist to join our HR Services team in Lisbon, supporting colleagues across Switzerland, the UK, and Ireland . The Role: As an Advice & Guidance Specialist , you will provide high‑quality, day‑to‑day HR advice and guidance within established policies and frameworks. You will support both employees and line managers across core HR areas such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, and employee relations.
