Tax Director About this opportunity: We are looking to recruit an ambitious Tax Director – Equity Incentives & Share Reward to join our expanding tax team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced equity incentives specialist who is looking to take on a senior leadership position with a leading employer. You will play a key role in shaping and growing our share reward and equity incentives offering, while working with a diverse and high‑quality client base. Working with clients ranging from entrepreneurial owner‑managed businesses and high‑growth companies to established corporates, you will advise on a wide range of complex and commercially driven equity reward matters. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will have responsibility for people leadership, client development and business growth, and will be able to influence the strategic direction of the firm’s equity incentives services.
