Job Description The Sr. Learning & Leadership Specialist provides support for enterprise learning programs and initiatives by identifying and aligning learning needs to Nordstrom’s top business priorities. In partnership with HR and business leaders, you’ll implement learning strategy and experiences through stakeholder engagement, project planning, design & delivery, and data driven measurement of results. You’ll work across all levels of the organization, serve as a trusted partner, and operate proactively to bring priorities to life through our people-driven learning programs.
