Job Description Summary Job Description: The Lead Control Engineer is to drive the design, development, validation, and deployment of control systems for utility-scale Solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. This role leads controls delivery across the full project lifecycle—from concept through commissioning—ensuring high-quality, compliant, and on-time execution. Roles and Responsibilities: As part of controls team responsible for project deliverables, controls software validation, project specific software creation, FAT, SAT, HIL, commissioning support for Solar & Battery energy storage system (BESS) projects. Support on-site startup and integration of various systems to our hardware and software. Track overall status of controls deliverables and complete on time with quality for the assigned projects to meet goals of the control team. Have close interaction with project managers, various internal teams and customers to finalize engineering requirements with respect to contract scope and deliver the same to ensure customer satisfaction.
