Atlantic Health is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual, to join the energetic and innovative team of healthcare professionals in their Atlantic Visiting Nurse Department as a Full-Time Physical Therapist to work 8AM-4PM including one weekend every four to six weeks , the Essex County area. The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat patients in the patient's home and be a part of a collaborative team of health providers. Atlantic Visiting Nurse provides personalized care for you or a loved one to regain health, stay out of the hospital, and remain living independently at home. Whether or not it is managing life with a chronic illness, living with a disability, returning home from the hospital or rehabilitation facility, or need assistance with end-of-life care, we are available to you in six counties throughout New Jersey: Morris, Somerset, Essex, Sussex, Union, and Warren.
