Gulf Coast News in Fort Myers, Florida is seeking an Executive Producer who thrives in a high-energy environment and is passionate about building exceptional newscasts and exceptional journalists. This is not a traditional local TV newsroom. As Executive Producer, you will create and execute a vision for newscasts, lead producers through daily coverage decisions, and partner with the News Director to develop strategies that win on every platform. You must be calm under pressure, strong in breaking news, and committed to producing content that connects with viewers. Beyond the daily product, this role is about leadership and teaching.
