Job Summary: The Manager of Reporting and Analysis is an individual contributor role responsible for providing analytical support to Marriott’s Revenue Management Advisory Services (RMAS) organization. This position focuses on optimizing hotel revenue and profitability through robust data analysis, reporting, and insights. The Manager of Reporting and Analysis develops automated dashboards and comprehensive reports to track key performance metrics, evaluates the effectiveness of revenue strategies, and delivers actionable insights that inform decision-making. Working closely with RMAS leadership and other stakeholders, this role ensures that revenue management strategies are data-driven, well-informed, and aligned with long-term business objectives. Candidate Profile: Education and Experience - 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration or quantitative discipline; 4 years’ experience in revenue management analysis, marketing analysis, sales management, financial analysis or a related discipline.
