Job description

The Manager of Total Rewards is responsible for the design, administration, and continuous improvement of the Firm’s benefits, wellness, and employee recognition programs. This role ensures compliance with all applicable regulations while enhancing the employee experience through competitive and well-managed total rewards offerings. The position serves as a key liaison across HR, leadership, and external vendors to align programs with business objectives and organizational culture. Roles & Responsibilities: Technical Expertise & Quality: - Manage day-to-day administration of all health, welfare, and wellness programs (medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, etc.) - Oversee leave of absence programs including FMLA and other statutory and company-provided leaves - Evaluate benefit plan performance and identify enhancements that reflect the evolving needs of a professional services workforce. - Collaborate with the CPO to design and manage salary structures, incentive compensation, and total rewards offerings - Partner with the HR Business Partners to manage the annual compensation review cycles, including merit increases, market benchmarking, and pay equity analyses. - C...
