Float Phlebotomist - PRN/Per Diem

Labcorp is seeking a Float P hlebotomist to join our team at 8042 Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio TX 78229 Work Schedule: This is a Casual/Per Diem position; hours will be "as needed" and the start and end times will vary. Job Responsibilities: - Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups - Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc. - Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner - Process billing information and collect payments when required - Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis - Maintain patient and specimen information logs - Provide superior customer service to all patients - Administrative and clerical duties as necessary - Travel to additional sites when needed, Reliable transportation required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent - Valid Driver's License and good driving record - 21 years old of age Preferred Qualifications: 1 year or more experience as a phlebotomist Additional Job Standards: At Labcorp we have a passion in helping people live happy and healthy lives.
