Senior Application Engineer (Pega CDH)

Job description

Design, develop, and support enterprise-scale Pega applications with a strong emphasis on Customer Decision Hub (CDH), data ingestion, analytics, and cloud-based integrations. Serve as a senior technical contributor and subject matter expert, working under minimal supervision to deliver scalable, high-performance Pega solutions that support decisioning, automation, and digital engagement capabilities. - Design, develop, and implement enterprise-level Pega solutions using Pega Platform and Customer Decision Hub (CDH). - Build and customize Pega components including data pages, data sets, data flows, activities, UI rules, reports, and job schedulers. - Design and implement data ingestion, ETL, extraction, archival, and transformation strategies. - Create and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, services, and connectors between Pega and external systems. - Integrate digital data from internal and external sources to support analytics and decisioning. - Perform advanced debugging, performance tuning, and root cause analysis using Pega tools. - Develop reusable, secure, and scalable Pega rules following guardrails and best practices. - Provide day-to-day operational and production support, includin...
