Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Clean and set tables for dining service. - Understand the departments, F & B concept, menus and customer base. - Assist wait staff as needed. - Carry dirty dishes from dining area to kitchen, wipe tables and chairs, and set tables in accordance with outlet standards. Clean, stock and organize outlet service areas and dining rooms. - Sweep and/or mop floors as needed. - Complete opening and closing “side work” in a timely and thorough manner. - Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at all times.
