JOB TITLE: Residential Counselor (Overnight Awake) LOCATION/SCHEDULE: On-site; Days and Night shifts available, Part- Time CITY/STATE/COUNTY: Wilmington, NC – New Hanover County SALARY: $17.05/hour for Part Time positions POSITION SUMMARY: Energetic, committed persons needed to provide direct care for youth in a facility for runaway, homeless, street, emergency foster care and long-term residential care. Facilitates supervision, recreational activities, life skills coaching/training, and day-to-day shelter/residential management (including meal prep, residential maintenance) in Open House Emergency Youth Shelter & Residential Services for children and youth, ages 6-18. Provides direct program and services to youth in a twenty-four-hour residential environment, along with providing twenty-four-hour crisis intervention and direct services for walk in clients.
