Paralegals will handle a wide range of immigration inquiries, prepare immigration court defense strategies, and conduct final reviews before escalating matters to attorneys. The Paralegal will maintain legal files and coordinates correspondence Your Key Contributions: 1. Understand requirements and processes for many law firm practices and types of cases including but not limited to VAWA, T-Visa, U-visa, I-589, EOIR 42-B, and Consular Processing cases. 2.
