About the Role: As our Safety and Wellbeing Advisor, you will play a hands-on role in supporting the delivery of best‑practice health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives across The Lost Dogs’ Home. Reporting to the Director of Safety, Infrastructure and Projects, you will help embed proactive safety practices, assist managers with day‑to‑day WHS matters, and contribute to a strong, engaged safety culture. You will also oversee the administration of Workers’ Compensation and Return to Work programs, working closely with insurers, rehabilitation providers and managers to support safe, timely recovery and effective claims management.
