Global Head of Employee Communications | Randstad (Global Hub) Summary: Randstad is seeking a Global Head of Employee Communications to serve as the lead architect of our internal narrative. Reporting to the Global Leader of Corporate Affairs, you will translate complex business strategies into human-centric stories to drive culture and engagement across our global workforce. Location & Working Conditions: Primary Location: Hybrid / Remote - European Time Zones (CET). Location Signal: Candidates should be based near our Amsterdam Global Hub for hybrid presence or within a country compatible with Central European Time (CET) business hours. Work Eligibility: Candidates must have the right to work in the Netherlands or a major European market where Randstad has a corporate presence. What You Will Achieve: In this high-impact role, you will lead an agile team to ensure our "Partner for Talent" strategy is felt and understood by every employee during a period of global transformation.
