Description The REMM Group is currently seeking a Floating Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and support three beautiful communities in Culver City and the Central Los Angeles area (La Brea), CA . The Multifamily Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the overall condition and repair of the asset. This position includes managing the day-to-day operations of a property from repairs, make-ready processes, Capital projects, and preventative maintenance. There is no housing included with this position. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 AM -5 PM.
