Our Banquet Captain holds a leadership position in managing and overseeing events, ensuring smooth operations for banquets, conferences, and other group events. Here’s a general job description: The Banquet Captain is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the banquet team during events to ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction. This role includes overseeing event setups and food service and ensuring smooth execution of all aspects of the event. Requirements: Key Responsibilities: Ensure the proper setup of banquet rooms according to the event specifications. Lead, train, and motivate the banquet service staff to deliver high-quality service. Experience: Prior food and beverage or banquet or event service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
