About the role This is a senior leadership position responsible for elevating our partner strategy, strengthening performance, and driving commercial outcomes across a portfolio of key national retailers. You will lead a team of Strategic Partnership Leads while also directly managing a select group of high‑value or complex partners, setting the standard for excellence in partner performance, governance, and executive engagement. This role is ideal for someone who blends strong commercial capability with strategic thinking, leadership maturity, and the ability to influence at executive levels across multiple organisations.
