Key Tasks and Responsibilities: - Underwrite new and renewal EA business in accordance with allocated underwriting authority level. - Achieving planned underwriting results for new and renewal business and identifying requirements to meet the Region’s business needs - Leading and managing a team of Region EA underwriters and ensuring compliance with all business policies and procedures. - Is accountable for the EA Region Growth Strategy. - Is responsible for EA’s Region distribution strategy. - Provide monthly End of Month Reporting on the Region EA book. - Provide input for the Region for the Arch Australia Line of Business Review. - Attends calls and meetings with local and group managers in London, as required. - Ensure accurate entry of submissions, quotes and bound policies and recording of underwriting information in Arch’s underwriting systems. - Conduct account clearance procedures...
