Job Summary This position is responsible for the scheduling and coordination of all Mechanical Maintenance accredited and non-accredited training activities/programs by providing Training oversight/assessment and technical guidance to improve line and station performance and meet regulatory requirements. As requested the experience must be in one of the following disciplines: Mechanical. Job Responsibilities: - Provide oversight, observation, and technical guidance to improve line and station performance and meet regulatory requirements. - Develop training materials, conduct, and present training. - Assist subject matter experts in the development of training and implementation of training materials. - Manage the Systematic Approach to Training and accreditation renewal activities for the assigned training program. - Manage training intranet and VISION database. Assist line management in oversight of OJT/TPE activities for qualifications. - Perform self-assessments, benchmarking, and observations to identify strengths and weaknesses.
