Drive smarter, safer and more efficient road maintenance delivery. As a Planning Engineer , you’ll play a key role in developing and maintaining forward‑looking maintenance programs that ensure the right work is completed at the right time across the VRMC Hume network. This role blends analytical planning, system management (Asset Vision), field insight and stakeholder coordination to keep works moving smoothly and safely. Working as part of the VRMC Planning Team, you’ll support the Planning Manager to maintain lookahead programs, coordinate approvals, prepare schedules, and issue works packages that enable high‑quality, zero‑harm delivery. This is a dynamic, hands‑on position ideal for someone who thrives on problem‑solving, collaboration, and ensuring maintenance teams are set up for success.
