Position Overview: Under general supervision, performs preventive maintenance and installs minor/routine parts on all types of HVAC equipment. Install HVAC equipment and other appliances as needed. Completes preventive maintenance, including cleans. At the sole discretion of the Company, Maintenance Technicians may be assigned the work of an assistant as a developmental and/or training opportunity.
