Overview Next 150 Construction, a fully owned subdisiary of Gilbane Building Company is seeking a General Superintendent. The General Superintendent is responsible for the overall field on a large project, leading a team of superintendents to ensure that company policies and procedures are met in regard to safety, scheduling, budget, quality and customer satisfaction. This position will be located on site in New Florence, MO daily. Responsibilities: Field Operations & Execution: - Directs and coordinates field activities across multiple projects or large-scale programs - Leads and mentors’ teams of Superintendents, Foremen, and field staff to deliver high-performing results - Oversees planning and execution of self-perform scopes including Concrete, Drywall, General Carpentry, Hoisting, Site Logistics, Safety Carpentry, etc. - Maintains full knowledge of contract documents and proactively identifies coordination or constructability issues - Develops and implements detailed work plans, schedules, and daily coordination efforts with trade partners - Coordinates project sequencing, shutdowns, tie-ins, and milestone handoffs with stakeholders Safety, Quality & Sustainability: - Acts as...
