Role Description Own FocusEconomics’ growth engine. This role is responsible for turning content, campaigns, and website traffic into measurable pipeline and revenue through paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization. The Growth and Demand Manager defines how demand is generated and scaled in a predictable and data-driven way. Responsibilities: Paid Acquisition (Google & LinkedIn Ads) - Own the strategy, setup, and optimization of Google Search, Display, and LinkedIn campaigns. - Build campaign structures aligned with ICPs, offers, and funnel stages. - Continuously test ads, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance. Email Marketing & Automation: Website & Landing Pages (CMS / Conversion Focus) - Build and manage lifecycle email programs including lead nurturing, product adoption, and re-engagement. - Develop segmentation, workflows, and marketing automation logic. - Coordinate with the Content Lead to ensure strong campaign messaging. - Create and manage landing pages within the CMS (structure and layout). - Implement forms, tracking, and basic CRO best practices. - Ensure ICP pages, product pages, and campaign pages are optimized for conversion....
