Senior Turnaround Scheduler

Job description

Working under the Lead Turnaround Scheduler, the Senior Turnaround Scheduler supports turnaround planning and execution by working with Turnaround Management to develop a detailed, resource-loaded schedule for a Nexus client, analyzing overall resource utilization, and tracking progress toward turnaround completion. Responsibilities: - Plan and schedule the turnaround from the initial planning and preparation phases through execution and post-turnaround review. - Establish, develop, and maintain turnaround logic networks, schedules, risk management data, forecasting, earned value analysis, schedule variance analysis, and schedule quality checks. - Serve as a liaison between the Project Services Department and Turnaround Management on all scheduling and planning matters related to turnaround execution. - Collaborate with the Turnaround Management Team and Discipline Leads to develop a comprehensive turnaround plan and ensure accurate status updates. - Assist in reviewing and updating procedures and instructions for the preparation and maintenance of turnaround plans and schedules. - Support Turnaround Management with reporting, including risk analysis and earned value. - Review sche...
