Resident Assistant (Full-Time, 7pm-7am) What you will do: Resident Assistants are an essential part of our wellness team by providing personal assistance to theresidents and assisting residents to maintain their highest level of functional independence andpsychosocial wellness under the direction and supervision of a RN or LPN. Additional Responsibilities: - Assists residents with activities of daily living, to include ambulation, transferring, showering,personal hygiene, incontinence care, feeding, reminders, and supervision according to theindividual plan of care.• Gathering, engaging, and assisting residents in activities, conducting activities in groups or oneon-one with residents as requested. Encouraging residents to socialize and participate inplanned activities and develop friendships with other residents.• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents. Assure resident rooms are cleanand tidy throughout each day and follows scheduled housekeeping tasks such as laundry asassigned.
