Role overview: As a Business Strategy & Transformation Vice President within Global Real Estate, you will partner directly with the Global Real Estate Business and Management Team to shape and deliver the platform’s highest-priority strategic and operating initiatives. This role is built for someone who thrives in ambiguous problem spaces, can create an executive-grade fact base quickly, and can drive decisions and implementation across senior stakeholders. You will own a portfolio of initiatives spanning strategy, operating model, process improvement, performance management, and change adoption—from hypothesis through execution.
