Job Description Summary This position is 90% travel across the United States and will be responsible for activities related to the construction, building and commissioning on electrical substations, from site mobilization, through civil, erection and commissioning work, as well as management activities related to this scope. Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. Has significant input into priorities. Guided by professional practices and policies that are shaped by the role. The role has moderate autonomy, requiring high levels of operational judgment. Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: Supervisory role (i.e. site manager) responsible for ENTIRE scope of substation site activities during ITO and/or OTR phase, acting under the direction and on behalf of the overall project leader. Leads site team and manages execution of the project scope of work. Could also be managing multiple sites for the project.
