The AI team is currently working on two core products: Waste : automated detection of illegal dumping, an existing product now scaling Safety : an intelligent urban monitoring solution, built from scratch As an Engineering Manager – Computer Vision , your mission is twofold: 👉 build robust, production-grade computer vision systems , 👉 grow and lead a team of engineers and data scientists , in a demanding, real-world product environment. Your impact is direct on the quality, reliability, and real-world deployment of models in production. Responsibilities: Lead the development and production deployment of computer vision models (detection, tracking, multimodal vision). Ensure technical excellence across the full model lifecycle: data, training, evaluation, cloud and edge deployment. Design and evolve the technical architecture of CV systems (vision stack, ML infrastructure, pipelines). Coach, mentor, and support team members’ growth (1:1s, feedback, mentoring).
