Post Close-QC Specialist Application Deadline: 31 May 2026: Department: 1322- Greenwood Village DTC: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Greenwood Village, Colorado: Compensation: $27.00 - $40.00 / hour Description: GENERAL SUMMARY: The Post-Close Quality Control (QC) Specialist is responsible for conducting comprehensive post-close reviews to ensure loan documentation accuracy, proper booking, and regulatory and policy compliance. This role plays a critical part in confirming that collateral, filings, and insurance coverage are properly perfected, released, or tracked following loan closing. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: - Perform post-close QC reviews of closed loans to ensure accuracy and file completeness after 1st and 2nd reviews by the LA and LO. - Review loan booking for accuracy and consistency with approved terms. - Conduct general ledger (GL) reviews to confirm proper fee placement and movement - Review and clear ticklers to ensure required post-close items are documented and satisfied - Verify final deeds of trust, assignments of rents, UCC filings, and related documents have been properly signed, notarized, and perfected. - Confirm releases have been obtained from prio...
