Overview The Director, Talent Business Partners is a key HR leader responsible for aligning human capital strategy with business objectives across AvidXchange. This role leads a team of HR Business Partners, serving as a strategic partner to business leaders and the COO, who oversees 80% of the organization. The Director provides consultative guidance, drives HR initiatives, and ensures organizational effectiveness in areas including leadership development, change management, and employee relations. What You’ll Do: Lead a team of HR Business Partners, developing and implementing HR strategies that enable business objectives for assigned leaders. Participate in business planning to ensure proper talent structures, engagement models, performance management, and recognition systems are in place. Lead annual HR initiatives, including performance differentiation, compensation planning, goal setting, and development planning.
