Dealership: L0410 BMW of Freehold BMW of Freehold: Now Hiring: Experience BDC Representative: BMW of Freehold is expanding! We have a brand-new, spectacular, state-of-the-art, showroom and we are searching for high-performing, BDC to support our award-winning sales team. Previous Automotive Dealership Sales, BDC or Internet Sales experience in a high-volume dealership is required. Highline experience is a plus! We are interested in candidates who are polished, professional, sales-minded, and customer-focused. - Automotive Sales BDC, Internet and/or Client Advisor experience, a must! - We will train candidates who have great people skills and ambitious - Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated - Outstanding follow up skills - Ability to convert internet leads to appointment/sale - Team player - Strong communication skills –verbal and written - Excellent computer skills including CRM proficiency - Highly organized with attention to detail What do we offer?: High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
