Job Summary: The People & Culture Generalist is a focused execution role at the heart of the People & Culture division. Reporting directly to the Director of People & Culture, this person is the operational owner of four critical functions: benefits administration, compensation administration, merit and promotion cycle execution, and front-line employee relations support.
