About the Role We are on an exciting journey to unlock productivity with our GoLinks Suite. As part of this product growth, we’re looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our in-person team at our San Jose, CA office three days a week. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Account Executives (AEs) to source and close SMB, mid-market, and enterprise SaaS opportunities. You’ll own the early stages of the sales process — identifying top prospects, creating pipeline, and selling the value of GoLinks by addressing customer needs and demonstrating our unique benefits. What You’ll Do: Collaborate with Account Executives to qualify and pursue cold and warm opportunities, developing a strong demo pipeline using outbound methods Prospect effectively on LinkedIn and through email , demonstrating creativity and consistency in booking meetings with target accounts Identify top prospects and leads through diligent market research and share insights and feedback with the sales and marketing teams Deliver an exceptional experience for prospects throughout the sales process Track, analyze, and refine ways to improve outbound campaigns and conversion rates Represent GoLinks a...
