Job Summary: Coordinates incoming office referrals and verifies insurance coverage. Coordinates incoming calls from patients, family, physicians, and disciplines. Ensures that all personnel are informed of patient's hospitalization and follow-up with patients admitted to other hospitals. Coordinates small program(s) with limited budget/impact.
