We are looking for an: IT MANAGER For our fulfillment center in Bydgoszcz, Poland. THE ROLE & THE TEAM: As the IT Manager of our warehouse, your focus is to support operations with convenient and highly reliable technical systems and a great IT infrastructure. You already have an IT team onsite consisting of 6 IT Specialists. Your key to success is to empower them to deliver great service quality. Additionally, you will act as the partner for all IT-related topics for local stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for the IT Support & Infrastructure in the fulfillment center. You and the team act as owners of the systems and infrastructure and provide continuous and excellent IT support. Another success factor for your role is your customer focus. You build on the performance your team delivered in the past and increase the visibility of your team to all relevant stakeholders.
