Department Overview The School of Medicine Employment Operations (MEO) group is a centralized, service-driven organization responsible for delivering high-quality faculty recruitment and employment operations across the School of Medicine. MEO partners with academic, research, and clinical departments to support the full employee lifecycle that enable the School to advance its missions of education, discovery, and patient care.
